Close enough doesn't count in materials analysis. That is why GFS manufactures high purity VERITAS® high purity acids to meet the exacting needs of spectroscopy.
GFS has been producing high purity VERITAS® acids for over 50 years. In fact, lunar soil samples from Apollo space missions were analyzed using acids manufactured by GFS Chemicals.
Since then, our patented production processes which include specially designed acid distillation stills, have allowed GFS to perfect the "art of acid making" and ensure production of ultra pure quality products-- unmatched by any other suppler. Plus, ongoing refinements to our acid distillation technologies allow us to keep our product purity in line with advancing instrumental capabilities which specify even lower detection limits than those in place now.
Unlike other chemical suppliers, GFS offers several packaging options for our VERITAS® high purity acids. We can provide bulk packaging options for process applications requiring specific impurity profiles such as etchants and chemical machining planarization.
Numerous packaging bottle options ranging in size and bottle types are available. If you need other grades of acids, GFS manufactures six different grades ranging from reagent acids to part per trillion acids. Typical packaging for ACS and ACS superior acids are glass bottles.
VERITAS® acids are double distilled packaged in pre-soaked,returnable bottles. These easy-to-use bottles impart no impurities to the acid.
The need for trace metal documentation is prevalent in modern analytical instrumentation. We offer complete analysis documentation for all of our trace metal grade acids for all our products.
Plus, we just don't sell acids, we backup every product we sell with the technical support our customers may need-- all part of the GFS customer commitment. For more information contact service@gfschemicals.com.
